Help! Anyone give me an idea?[请求]

不知道惹了谁了, 每两三天就收到一个带毒的邮件,
不管是hotmail or yahoo. Anyone can give me some advice or way-out?

xiaomage, 你现在的邮件地址已经外泄, 估计还会受到这样的邮件,
可采用以下预防方法:

(1)装一套norton anti-virus 2002 在机器上
(2)如果受到不认识的地址发来的带附件的邮件,不要打开,立刻永久删除.

It looks both emails were sent from the same address:
[24.102.238.20]

It is from Rogers@home network.

Thanx, pals! I have Norton Anti-virus 2001 which blocked them out.

Got one today again as follows. Strange enough, I found most of them were from Singapore where I almost have few acquintances.
