You may go to the 4th floor of library, there is a computer service center.
Last time they told me there do exist the free internet dial-up service,
but it is not recommned beacause it is too slow.
You can use the internet access provided by the University. Ask CCS help desk which is on the 4th floor of the library.

NCF operates over 200 modem lines, shared by members.
