looking for the fluid name to add to gas tank

There was a topic to discuss to add certain fluid into Gas tank to clean gasline and make it more efficient. We can find it in Canadian tire. Can someone tell me what kind of liquid? recently my car does not start smoothly until quite a few minutes running. I guess one reason is related to low tempreture, the other thing I could add this fluid to my gas tank. Thanks in advance.

打不着火应该查电池、火花塞、starter、油泵油路吧，跟燃油效率应该没多大关系
