如果是一个全新的店，一般在25万到35万，看是什么mall 了，大mall 肯定是连锁的。个人拿不到location。所以你至少要有 10万现金，再贷15万。如果是有人出售的，价格出入比较大，一般银行给生意贷款很困难。
