Man killed in Highway 17 crash was impaired, Natsis trial hears

An Ontario Provincial Police officer testified he was surprised when a report from the Centre of Forensic Sciences revealed that Bryan Casey was over the legal limit for alcohol the night he died in a head-on crash on Highway 17 near Arnprior. It had been nearly two months since Const. Ryan Besner arrested Dr. Christy Natsis for driving drunk after the fatal March 31, 2011 crash.
