A week ago, I had never heard of Diana Carney. Mark Carney, the governor of the Bank of Canada and soon-to-be Bank of England governor, has a wife? Who knew? I wish I had. Ms. Carney, a mother of four who has advanced degrees in international relations and agricultural economics, has been labouring away in relative obscurity at a think tank on Dalhousie Street and blogging about green products. And she says some things that need saying.
