关于报Colonel by High School 的问题

请问过来人，报Colonel by High School 要求交一篇文章，必须是孩子以前在学校交的作业吗？还是可以重写？我朋友的孩子新写了一篇，还找老师修改过了。这样学校会接受吗？谢谢。

Anyways, it is your choice to write a completely new essay and school will not know. But it might not really worth the time and effort since this essay might just weigh very little in the whole application process.

As I know, the essay weights very much ,very important -- especially the time when there are too many applicants and the test scores of many kids almost the same.

是否能进IB，考试成绩自然占大头。但是，老师的推荐信、孩子的范文、申请表中家长一栏、孩子自己那两栏如何填写，都十分重要。
