Today I went to Wal-mart, and have engine oil changed.
And I just found the message result:

RADIATOR RECOVERY TANK LEVEL NEEDS TOPPING.

What does it mean ??

The radiator recovery tank is the plastic reservior to hold the coolant. If it is low, all it needs is to fill it up with coolant mixture until it reach the MAX indicator. But don't open the reservior when the engine is warm, becasue the hot acidic liquid is presurized, and will spill out, and possible land on your skin.
