OTTAWA — Mayor Jim Watson held his 12th annual Christmas party at City Hall on Saturday, complete with horse-drawn rides and face painting. Families of all sizes, walked the outdoor grounds at Marion Dewar Plaza, moving from marshmallow roasting stations to the Rink of Dreams. They waited in line for free BeaverTails and hot chocolate and even found their way inside City Hall to Santa’s Village, where the big man in red was waiting to talk to them.
