2.Well, you need ur brother's signiture which can be done by fax
3.If you are over age 25, you will get relatively cheaper insurance rate(I would say around 1000 per year). They will reconize ur driving experience for 2 years. And you need the letter from ICBC showing how long you have been driving and if there is any accident at all.
4.If you have no accident before, I will go for Pilot or Economy inurance company which u can find the brokers on line in its web-sites.

The time is one year and you have to keep renew it(in the condition that you don't get any accident)..meanwhile you can use the BC license plate as long as you want with the Z-Plan..
and BC insurance is way cheaper too!!!
