Mother charged with abduction in missing girl case

The mother of a nine-year-old Ottawa girl who was taken from her father two weeks ago has been charged with abduction, disobeying a court order and failing to provide the necessaries for life. The woman made a video appearance to answer the charges in an Ottawa courtroom Thursday afternoon.
