合同刚签，builder 降价了，怎么办？

三个星期前刚签的合同。谁知今天一看，同一个Model builder降了一万，而且其他bonus都是一样的。在这种情况下，我该怎么办啊？可以去和Builder谈吗？请教高人指点！谢谢！

Cancelling a Contract

还有这么傻的开发商，不知道啥叫曲尽通幽吗
