A Gatineau man is suing the city and OC Transpo, claiming he suffered a leg injury after a bus came to an “abrupt” stop. Jean-Pierre Nduwimana was a passenger on a bus travelling north along Elgin Street at about 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 19, 2011, when the driver stopped the bus “suddenly and without warning,” says a statement of claim filed to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
