A pedestrian, identified as a 21-year-old male from Cantley, Que., was killed when he was hit by a vehicle on Highway 307, north of Gatineau, Friday morning. Police said the man was walking along the highway at about 5 a.m. when he was struck by the vehicle, which was heading south.
