For a limited time, the Source has put the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller with Play and Charge Kit on sale for $44.99 -- down from $69.99 and a good price for those looking to pick up a spare controller. Normally, you're looking to pay a lot more for the combo so now would be a good time to pick it up if your friends have been on you to purchase another controller for multiplayer purposes. We've seen many controller deals popup lately, but this is one of the better ones available as the play and charge kit is really a necessity during extended gaming sessions. Just a heads up, the kit does not make this a wired controller for use with Windows PCs. The included cord is for recharging only, a shame because we would have liked to see the cord do double duty. Either way, this is a good price for both the controller and the recharge kit.
