If one of your new year's resolutions was to get in or stay in shape, Fitness Depot has a good deal on a pull up bar you might want to take a look at. Right now, you can purchase the
Heavy Duty Doorway Chin Up / Pull Up Bar on sale for $14.88 -- down from $59.85 and a great deal on the exercise staple. Most basic routines will have some form of pull ups involved so this is definitely a good deal to jump on while its available.
In addition to its very affordable price, the bar doesn't have to be screwed into a door frame. Instead, it can be supported by the other side of said door frame but we'd advise to use a door frame you don't care about damaging. It's not going to cause significant damage, but there will be marks and signs of wear. Other exercises that use this peripheral include:
- Door Frame for Pull-Ups / Chin-Ups
- Push-Ups
- Door Frame for Sit-Ups
- Dips
At $60, we'd probably consider it but find a cheaper alternative. its current price of $15, though, makes it a very easy sell to those who need a little incentive to get the exercise routine going.
Shipping might be a deal killer for some so you'll want to try and pick it up in-store if that's an option.
