NCC looking for better way to manage its rental properties

The National Capital Commission is tweaking the way it manages its $100-million portfolio of rental properties. And it is inviting the property management industry to offer advice about how to do it. The NCC rents out about 600 residential, commercial, agricultural, institutional and recreational properties in the National Capital Region.
