When Ottawa police detective Ken Williams went looking for the apartment of a suspected home invader who had allegedly bound and stabbed a couple, it didn’t take long to find it. It was the one with plastic zip ties, duct tape and industrial-strength garbage bags leaning up against a screen in the window, the retired detective told a jury Monday in Richard Keith Blake’s attempted murder trial.
