Around town: Funny, it seems Ottawa’s a smart town

February blahs turned into ha-ha-has as the four-day Cracking-Up the Capital festival came to Ottawa, bringing with it some Canadian household names in comedy. Around Town was there to see some of the stars of the festival arrive to the National Hotel and Suites Ottawa for Thursday’s late-night after-party.
