OTTAWA — When it comes to battling the stigma that often surrounds mental health, Laureen Harper says the world has changed dramatically in just a few short years. “It’s not hidden anymore, people aren’t ashamed to admit (it),” Harper told reporters Monday during a visit to a downtown drop-in centre operated by the Youth Services Bureau.
