Carly Rae Jepsen to headline Canada Day party on the Hill

Carly Rae Jepsen was shut of the Grammy Awards Sunday night, but she’s headlining the Canada Day Show on Parliament Hill this summer. Canadian Heritage Minister James Moore said on his website that Jepsen is part of the Canada Day lineup which has not yet been formally announced. Moore tweeted on his website that Jepsen was a “sweet girl with real talent” and said that he had met her in 2010 at the Juno Awards in St. John’s.
