A townhouse development proposed for the former location of a fruit and vegetable merchant in the Chapel Hill neighbourhood of Orléans has raised concerns among some residents. Domicile wants to build 54 stacked townhouses in seven buildings, each up to four storeys tall, at 5911 Meadowglen Dr., northwest of Orléans Boulevard and Innes Road.
