OPP seeks witnesses in early morning impaired arrest on highway 417

OTTAWA — The OPP are seeking witnesses after an early-morning impaired driving arrest on highway 417. At roughly 6 a.m. Wednesday, a vehicle was seen heading eastbound in the westbound lanes of the Castlefrank off-ramp. One oncoming vehicle had to swerve to avoid it, while the driver of another, a construction truck, blocked the wayward vehicle on the off-ramp and called police.
