请教一下,本人是安省居民，想转办成魁省居民，该办那些手续？到哪里去办？盼告知地址，和注册cofi是在一个地方吗？谢谢。
另外，trainning 怎么报名啊？有什么要求吗？

You need to change your driver licence, health card, etc. but if you want to have tuition free training courses, you need to be live in Quebec more than 12 months to be qualified, or you pay for tuition fee.
Normally, you have to live in one porvince more than 12 months to be the resident of that province.
Don't forget, for student loan, you need to live in that province with consecutive 12 months without going to post secondary school, so that you can apply for student in that province. otherwise, you still apply your student in previous province.
