Possible arson investigated at University of Ottawa

Ottawa firefighters put out a small fire at the University of Ottawa’s Arts building early Monday morning. University security reported alarms at the Arts building at 170 Laurier Ave. E. just after 1 a.m. Monday. When firefighters arrived, they found a shelf full of books ablaze in a stairwell.
