请问一般contract的工作和permanent的在待遇上有和不同？签的合同上有什么重要不同么？
一个搞硬件设计的contract工程师大概每小时多少钱？谢谢！

contracter基本完全自理，按小时付钱，没有任何福利，但是小时工资通常是permanent的2-4倍。
合同都差不多。唯一值得注意的是non-competition clause。这条规定有可能妨碍你去client的公司工作。

现在的劳工市场还是挺差，一小时三四十块的合同就不错了。不过政府还有一天8，9百的合同。

“一小时三四十块”，本地西人计算机工程本科刚毕业的一小时也就10块钱左右，好多还找不到工作。您说得这“挺差“的劳工市场是什么工种的市场啊？ :blink:

1. 合同工不同于Employee. 一切需要自理，没有任何fringe benefits，更没有job security，小时工资当然应该高很多。
2. 我说的只是IT市场。
3. 10块左右的小时工资在任何市场都是labor。

its R&D to beijing. Why? Becuase the Chinese employees can be

I agree with you. Nortel is hiring tons of Software engineers in BJ.

My boss posted a job opening 2 months ago. Got @#!@$ of resumes with
15+ years telecom/IT/Nortel work experience asking just 35000/year!!!

I can't tell the difference between IT and labour.
