I think the bed thing is that you are not able to know how many Giga-bit you download or upload. It's difficult to control your balance.

I phoned sympatico on Friday, she said there is not limitation after July 1st. So, I signed it up. I used Videotron cable modem before, but there is 10G limitation, so I canceled it.

By the way, What you use for high-speed without limitation?

每个月大概二十多块的上网，因为我觉得用Cable或High speed的话太贵，而且需求也没那么高,Dial-up太慢而且占电话线。

why not just use high speed?

Transfer between rogers/sympatico. Start one when it's in promotion, then transfer to another one when the promotion is over. Promotion is always available. And you're always using high speed.
