OTTAWA — Breath readings that suggest Christy Natsis has as much as two-and-a-half times the legal limit of alcohol in her blood the night she was charged with impaired driving causing death should be thrown out as evidence because an Ontario Provincial Police officer did not have reasonable and probable grounds to arrest her in the first place, her lawyer argued in an Ottawa courtroom on Monday.
