1. It is bright, big (~900 sq. ft), and very clean;

2. well furnished (new bed, new table, new TV, video etc. (all in your room) even a powerful computer for your own use (also in your room));

3. All appliances you may need are available (for example, three big, new refrigerators are in the kitchen for just two persons);

4. Parking is available;

5. The apartment is in a highrise building and is on 8th floor. Good view , no hot summer, no mosquito, ...;

6. The condo building has indoor swimming pool, laundry room, tennis court etc. It is on ogilvie road and near Blair transpo station;

7. All shops are nearby. Bus stop at door to OU;

8. You share this 2 bedroom apartment with only one busily-working professional and you may hardly see each another;

9. $400/month all inclusive (utilities, Rogers high speed internet, cable TV, localphone etc.). Note: this price is highly negotialble for right person.

As AD said: The building is on Ogilvie road and near Blair transpo station. If your destination is AC, it is not good for you.

As I am a (very) busily-working professional and have no much time to spend on this matter, I would like to emphasise: the rent price is highly negotiable and may down significantly!!!
