忘记复位被移动的Ball marker的严重后果

比杆赛果岭上，球员A的球标(Ball marker)的位置X处在球员B的推球线(Putting line)上，A礼貌地将球标向左移了一个杆头的距离，标在Y点。随后轮到A推球时，A忘记将球标复位，直接从Y点将球推进。这时B问A是否复位，A承认忘记了，自罚了2杆。B说你真冤，A说没办法，自己犯的错嘛。

然后他们走到下一洞，两人先后开完球，向遇到的比赛裁判咨询刚才的情况。裁判说A发现错误后，自罚2杆正确，如果是严重犯规，还要判A失去比赛资格。这时的A才冤到家了。

当A把球放在Y点打这个球，就是从错误位置打球(playing from wrong place)，如果不是严重犯规，罚2杆。

可参考decision 20-7c/1。

这种情况在我们日常的比赛中常见。根据上述案例，大家要特别小心，除非必要不要轻易移动球标。但又不能拒绝同组球员提出移动的要求，否则犯规。所以如果实在要移动，最好提醒推球的那名球员随后也提醒自己复位。

A. When A replaced his ball in front of B’s ball-marker and putted, he played from a wrong place and incurred a penalty of two strokes; the ball was in play (Rule 20-7c).
When A then lifted his ball from where it lay about one foot from the hole without marking its position and did not replace it, he incurred the general penalty (two strokes) for a breach of Rule 20-1 – see second paragraph of Rule 20-1.

Thus, A incurred a total penalty of four strokes.

Player Lifts Ball, Sets It Aside and Plays It from Where Set Aside
Q. A player marks the position of his ball on the putting green, lifts the ball and sets it aside. By mistake, he putts the ball from the spot at which he set it aside. What is the ruling?

A. When a ball is lifted under Rule 20-1, it is out of play – see Definition of “Ball in Play”. When the player played a stroke with his ball while it was out of play, he played a wrong ball (Rule 15-3).

In match play, the player lost the hole (Rule 15-3a).
In stroke play, he incurred a penalty of two strokes and was required to correct the error before playing from the next tee; otherwise, he would be disqualified (Rule 15-3b).

这种情况在我们日常的比赛中常见，我亲眼所见该DQ的就不下10次。根据上述案例，大家要特别小心，除非必要不要轻易移动球标。如果实在要移动，最好提醒推球的那名球员随后也提醒自己复位。

罚两杆是对的。DQ的处罚是 seriously breach the rule。如果A 的球的错误球位离正确的位置不远，比如只有一个推杆头的偏差，而且球离洞非常近的话，可以不给于DQ的处罚，只罚两杆。如果即使是只有一个杆头的偏差，但是推线和break有不同，错误的位置有利于推进球，那么就该DQ.

第一句话，很容易理解，重放球的时候，没有准确的放在原球位，而是偏移了一点点（关键词是nearby）。所以正确或者不正确的位置都不影响击球的效果。但是确实地点错了，罚两杆。

估计你晕的是第二句话---第二句写的很含糊没有吧隐藏的含义说出来。高尔夫总则就是把球打进洞，不管你用的是wrong ball还是wrong place。球被打进洞，这一洞就结束了，只是罚杆的问题。所以你的球，进了洞，这个洞就结束了。所以现在你的ball is not in play。你在去改正重推，就好比打完这个洞后，又在这个洞练习推杆一样。不罚你，因为你没有耽误后面一组的进度。如果你在刚刚打完的这一个懂得果岭练习推杆耽误了后面的进度，也要受到惩罚。

你从错误的位置击球以后，你的球is in play。所以原来marked的对的地方就不存在了。你本来应该继续打你的球，承受2杆的处罚，放弃了the ball is in play，不mark 那个球位，也没有重放球，把球拿到那个不存在的地方去击球。要罚两杆---"If it is not replaced, the player incurs the general penalty for breach of this Rule but there is no additional penalty under Rule 20-1."

我晕是因为15/4与20-7c/1的判罚尺度不一。你说要考虑Serious breach有道理。Set a ball aside比起一个杆头的偏差，显然一般情况下要严重。但R15要求replace the ball otherwise DQ，R20却没这么严厉。
