Police arrested the wrong man for a series of recent sexual assaults on OC Transpo buses, the man’s lawyer alleged Wednesday. Lawyer Norm Boxall said he’s provided investigators with alibi information that clears 34-year-old Racil Hilan of the most recent allegations against him. Police are now investigating, Boxall said.
