The defence lawyer for alleged drunk driver Dr. Christy Natsis went on the attack Thursday, challenging the impartiality of the collision investigator who found her at fault for a deadly crash. OPP Const. Shawn Kelly maintained he wasn’t out to get Natsis after defence lawyer Michael Edelson asked him if he was familiar with the term “tunnel vision,” used to describe when investigators focus on one theory at the expense of all others.
