Dear ......
God has heard our prayers!!
In my December CT scans it showed that I still had a fairly large lesion of over 5 cm among other smaller lesions and nodules. It was quite disappointing at that time to learn that I still had such a large lesion but I could no longer receive chemo because of adverse reactions. I felt so deflated at the time, wondering how much I can still improve without chemo!
I had more scans just over a week ago and I asked for the report when I went in for treatment this past
Wednesday. I couldn't believe it when I read "complete resolution of chest wall mass"! How amazing is
that!! I still have some effusion and nodularity but they have all decreased further in size and amount since December. The most unbelievable thing is the complete
disappearance of that large 5+cm lesion, even without chemo!! Please join me in praising God for His
healing! I will continue to have treatment indefinitely, but the Lord is merciful!! Please pray for continued
effective treatment.
Psa 18:1-6 To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David, the servant of the LORD, who addressed the words of this song to the LORD on the day when the LORD rescued him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul. He said: I love you, O LORD, my strength.
2 The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
3 I call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.
4 The cords of death encompassed me; the torrents of
destruction assailed me;
5 the cords of Sheol entangled me; the snares of death confronted me.
6 In my distress I called upon the LORD; to my God I cried for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.
