Ontario going after out-of-province red light-runners

Ontario is taking aim at out-of-province red light-runners who until now have been immune to fines when caught by intersection cameras. Legislation, to be introduced next week, will beef up municipalities’ power to enforce and collect fines from driver from outside Ontario who are caught on red light cameras.
