Four teenagers charged in connection to gang-style attacks

Four teenagers have been arrested in connection with a pair of gang-style attacks late last month that left two man stabbed and another youth rattled, according to Ottawa police. Two suspects were arrested Saturday, one on Sunday and a fourth turned himself in on Monday. All are 17 and from Ottawa.
