发现魁省二手车很好，计划买下。几个问题请指教？
1.安省居民在魁省买二手车，买车时交魁省税，到安省上牌照肯定要交安省的税，那么魁省的税怎么退掉？

>>>> When you buy at private, you paid seller, get ownership, no tax is paid to seller. You pay tax when you give ownership to MTO to get Ontario licence plate.
2.魁省车的warranty在安省还能用吗？

3.买完车，开回安省，现有的安省保险公司会出临时保险吧？

4.有没有Dealer 借你个临时牌照（魁省的，就是你试车的牌照）开回安省，然后再还回去，这样就不用交二次税了。。。
