Heared there is special Chinese channel (not Channel 14, Cantonese) in Rogers Cable TV? How much is it monthly? Is it good for Chinese (mandarin speaking)? Thanks

contacted them and I was told it needs a digital terminal from Rogers to get into talentvion, but the terminal costs money as well.

and this bases on Basic package: about $20/mon..
