single income fimily, 注册公司到谁的名下好？

家里只有一个人固定工作，打算注册一个小公司，不知道该注册到收入高的一方好，还是收入低的一方？请高手们答疑，谢谢！

夫妻一起报税，注册谁的名字应该没关系，　拥有公司不代表你一定要交税。

如果是Incorporated，就分别issue Class A common share 和 class B common share给夫妻双方。
公司发工资和红利时就多发给收入少的那方。

Not sure if the job is employee type job or contractor. I see another issue of personal services business if you attempt to split income with your spouse and you are an employee of one corporation.

PSB concern won't arise from this issue per se.
to wiwi6522: If you are the income earner, regardless of whom the corp. is registered under, you could realize some income splitting by setting up the right share structure. Better consult a professional.

hehe, I just assumed that he's self-employed. Because if he's employed, I don't see any benefit by incorporating.
