Sleep doctor from Queen’s launches insomnia book in Ottawa

OTTAWA — Many people have insomnia but few have access to clinics that treat it, says Judith Davidson, who has a plan to change this. The Ottawa native treats insomnia in Kingston and teaches at Queen’s University, and she will be doing a “mini-launch” of her workbook for people with insomnia in Ottawa Saturday.
