"AIR MILES" card?

Which DX has experience in using AIR MILES credit card?

If you become member of AIR MILES, you need pay member fee annually?
Before I used several credit cards, the credit card always charged me extra money even I transfer fund on time (they always said my fund is not return on time). I worry if AIR MILES had the same problem.

Actually, Air Miles is not a credit card, it's just a rewarding program, something like Aeroplane, Optimum, etc. The fee for this program depends on which credit card you will be using and which program you choose. For example, if you use American Express, there will be no fee; if you use MasterCard from BMO, normally you pay $35 for 20-dollar rewarding program, nothing for 40-dollar rewarding program.

By the way, if you want to avoid extra charge, you'd better pay all your balance several days before the due day because it normally takes few business days to transfer money from one financial institution to another, especially if you use cheques. I suggest you using online payment, it's usually done within one day.
