月租$525 ，包暖、车位、炉子、冰箱，不包电（每月20左右）or less in Summer

New construction. One bachelor/studio (own kitchen-bedroom and bathroom) is subleased in Eddy Street (159 Eddy Street, Gatineau J8X 2W7, cross street Pappineau). Bus stop opposite side at traffic signal (in front of pharmacy store). Also, there are more than 40 buses from Promenade du Portage/Terrace to go nearby in Ontario and Quebec.
One studio (or bachelor) apartment is on the first floor and it is bright and sunny throughout the day. Rent is $525 per month. Hydro Quebec bill is about $25 (might be less in summer). Internet is $25 (if you take it from the landlord who has Videotron). Laundry machine downstairs: it costs $ 1 to use, same for dryer too ($1). One parking (extra $).
It is new construction, very clean inside and out. New fridge, stove. Here is the Google map photo to see location. It is not a big building. It is next to the fries and burger house in front of the pharmacy store, above the barber shop (corner red-color building of traffic signal on Eddy Street; enterance stairs from Pappineau Street, behind the building):
