Spacious unfurnished room in detached house in quiet enclave within walking distance of Ottawa University and Lees Transitway station.
Includes heat, hydro and water with laundry facilities. Internet is not included but amount to roughly $10/month per person.
Shared kitchen, dining room and also shared television set available. Large garden with spacious deck and BBQ. Sorry, no pets or smoking in house.
First day to move in would be May 1, though you should be available beforehand to sign the rent agreement. The rent agreement lasts for one year (May 1 to April 30)
The price on the rooms is negotiable and times to visit can be easily arranged.
