Floods that have run through south Algonquin Park and Muskoka are not expected to affect low-lying communities of Eastern Ontario OTTAWA — Spring run-off is not causing significant flooding in the Rideau, Mississippi and neighbouring watersheds, officials that oversee those rivers said Monday.
