OTTAWA — A missing 14-year-old Ottawa girl has been found safe and sound. Ottawa Police had asked the public for help finding the girl after she was last seen Wednesday morning at the Rideau Centre. Shortly after midnight Thursday, police issued a statement saying she had been located.
