急问：撞车了，保险怎么处理？

我在自家车道倒车，停车时尾部可能一小部分伸出了车道，右侧正好开来一辆车撞在我的汽车的左半边尾部。警察来过了，说不会CHARGE任何一方。对方已经报告了保险公司。现在我的问题是，我要不要报保险公司？因为我的车险是只保对方，保险公司不会出钱给我修车的。如果要报，要在多长时间之内报告？

It sounds like you just have liability insurance, meaning either you fix yourself or don't fix it.

Make sure you need to sign a document saying waive all liabilities from your side.

The notice above is saying the other driver WILL NOT report to your insurance company because s/he WAIVED all liabities from you. So, once s/he signed, meaning your insurance company shall not be contacted.
