记得在买车的TIP上经常讲到,开始和DEALER谈是不要讲你想TRADE IN。
我在几个DEALER处谈起我若买他的新车,我的旧车就要卖掉。DEALER 都大多喜出望外。说TRADE 我的车,对我好处多多。

例如:原来一新车现金价为18000。我的车自己估价1200元左右。DEALER 说:他给我的车TRADE IN算1000。那么我买此新车,是否应该这么算:
这个新车就成了 (18000-1000)*115% ?

在这种DELAER OFFER 下,对他们和我各能拿到什么好处呢?哪位大侠算一下?
 
See, your car is around $1200, the dealer only estimates it as $1000. The local guys are just lazy to sale
the car by themselves and do all the other stuffs.

No big deal, if you want save your $, sell the car by yourself. If you want Trade-in, do not tell them when
quoting the new car. You won't get good package they offer to you. You have to negotiate step by step.

Besides, NEVER ever trust salesman's word. Get everything
on paper and rethink it at least twice (or several days)
before make decision.
