这个工作正常吗？

我正在领EI，有个老板说只给我每月400元，这样我可以仍然拿EI，五个月后EI拿完后，再给我全额的钱，但现在又不肯签合同，我总觉得不太正常，接受吗？

前半段没错，如果你的EI接近最大值$413/Week。有文件：
If you are receiving regular benefits, you can earn 25% of your weekly benefit or $50, whichever is higher,without changing the amount you will receive for that week.
All earnings above that limit will be deducted dollar for dollar from your weekly benefits.

后半段我不知道，谁敢肯定老板到时不食言。

难道你的工资还比不上原来的EI么?不然他贫什么让你拿EI的钱而不是工资?

100%不正常. 首先你现在拿EI, $400/月的收入已经超出你的上限, 要从EI里扣除的,除非是现金.
还有你没有合同,到时候说砍你就砍你, 你就让他白宰了5个月.

Thank you guys. I remembered that the boss had told me if they would hire me after I finished EI, I could still receive SUBSIDY from HRDC about $6000. But I cannot find such subsidy program from hrdc website. Is that right ?

I don't think so. He just wants to pay you as less as possible.

The subsidi programm is for REAL. I used last year when my EI expired.

你不觉得那家伙对此道研究太透了吗！？你还是等EI过后才给他干活吧，现在去挨宰的可能性太大了。
