Bad JVC HDTV

I bought a 36' JVC HDTV last year. Its picture is somewhat distort. The left edge is a curve not a line. The right side is ok. I contact the stop. They exchanged one for me, but the new one has the same problem. The stop let me contact JVC. The guy in JVC said it is normal. IT IS THE SPECIFICATION :flaming:
Do any of you have a 36 JVC HDTV, is it normal? Any suggestion for me how can I fight with them?

Make sure it's not caused by other source.

Like the strong power nearby? I have 36' SONY HDTV, having no problem.

I have checked, and move the TV all around the house, stil same problem!
