The pay is local pay for both hired in China and from Canada, but there may be some levels as they expect the people hired from here could bring expereince to the people hired in China, otherwise, why not hire everyone from China.
As far as I know, they will hire quite a large number of people, in the number of hundreds in this year and the years ahead.
