请问，是transmission问题吗?

自动档的车，最近有两次车在高速上，轻踩刹车后，就再怎么给油也提不上速度啦，转速到了4000，也才90公里，不敢再加油，下高速停车熄火后重新点火上高速，速度又正常啦 （110，120公里的速度，转速不到3000）。现在开车时，心里特嘀咕。

It seemed running on a lower gear. Might be speed sensor issue if not transmission or computer. Usually, check engine light should be on with this problem.
Lots of possibilities still, also make sure your brakes are all functioning properly, and you put in right gear.

Just curious, what make, model and what year was it?
